Upload the album once. Face search is set up as the photos go up, so there is nothing to tag and nothing to sort. Then share one private link with the couple.

Is the studio page really free?
Yes. Once you publish it, it stays live free for 3 months. If you deliver an album in that time, it stays live, always. If you do not, the page pauses until you do. Your account and photos are not touched.
Do I have to sign up before I talk to you?
No. Message us first if you like. You can also create a studio account yourself at any time, and it opens straight away.
Why not just send a Drive link?
A shared folder delivers files and nothing else. Smritivan delivers an album: couples and guests find their own photos by face, favourite them and download on any phone, and every guest who opens it sees your studio card. A folder can’t turn a guest into a booking.
Who pays for an album, me or the couple?
You pay Smritivan once when you create an album. How you build that into your package is up to you. Couples can renew each year if they want to keep viewing, and you earn a share of every renewal. The current rate is shown in your dashboard; it and our prices can change with notice — the Terms of Service explain how.
Do partner studios really get discounts?
Yes. The prices above are our list prices, and partner studios get special discounts on them. Message us on WhatsApp or leave your number and we will tell you how partnering works.
What happens if a couple does not renew?
The album moves to a frozen, read-only state. It is not deleted. Our Terms of Service explain this in full.
Do couples and guests need an app?
No. Albums open in any phone browser, and guests can find their own photos by face.
Is it only for weddings?
No. You can deliver wedding and event albums. Weddings are what most studios start with.
Where are my photos kept?
In Cloudflare storage, and shown only through private links. Albums are stored indefinitely, and photos are not deleted just because a studio account ends. See the Terms for the detail.
